Which oil to choose?
It depends on your scalp, not on the length of your hair. Roots that get greasy quickly: the Oily Hair oil. Dry, rough lengths: the Combination & Dry Hair oil. The four-question diagnostic points you in the right direction in a minute.
How long does a course last?
We recommend three months. One bottle of biotin covers 33 days of use, so three bottles for a complete course. The oil is used in parallel throughout: a 100 ml bottle lasts about two months at the recommended rate. This is a recommended duration of use, not a promise of results.
Can I take the biotin and use the oil at the same time?
Yes, that's the principle of the comai. system: the biotin works from within, the oil is applied locally. 15 ml of biotin a day, preferably with a meal; the oil 2 to 3 times a week.
Where is my order?
A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours at our warehouse in Belgium. Then allow 2 to 5 business days within Belgium.
Can I return a product?
You have 30 days. You may open and examine a product as you would in a shop. Two exceptions: food supplements whose seal has been broken, and cosmetics used beyond a simple trial. Details in our returns policy.
Are your products suitable for everyone?
Our supplements are for adults aged 18 and over. Our oils contain essential oils: a skin test in the crook of the elbow is recommended before first use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing treatment or in any doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
