The method
Working from the inside and the outside
Inside — the liquid biotin
- 15 ml per day
- Preferably with a meal
- 10,000 µg of biotin + 80 mg of vitamin C per dose
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair; vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Outside — the hair oil
- 2 to 3 applications per week
- Massage 2-3 min, leave on, rinse
- On the scalp and lengths
