We currently deliver to Belgium only. Delivery costs €5 and is free from €55 spent.

Other countries are not served at the moment: they are not offered at checkout. If you would like to order from abroad, write to us at contact@comai.be.

Carrier partners

We work with reliable carriers: bpost, DPD, DHL. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order preparation

All orders are prepared at our partner warehouse in Belgium (Genk) by our logistics provider BME NV, within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed before noon, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

Order tracking

You receive:

A confirmation email immediately after your purchase
A shipping email with the tracking number as soon as the carrier collects the parcel
Updates from the carrier until delivery

Packaging

Our products are shipped in careful packaging, protected against knocks. We want every order to be a pleasant moment, unboxing included.

Problem on receipt

If your parcel is damaged, incomplete or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours at contact@comai.be with photos. We'll find a quick solution.

Not home for delivery

If you're not home when the carrier calls, your parcel will be left at the nearest pick-up or post point. You generally have 14 days to collect it before it is returned to us.
