The oral step
COMAI BIOTINE
The internal step of the protocol: 15 ml a day, neat or diluted in a glass of water.
- 10,000 µg of biotin — contributes to the maintenance of normal hair
- 80 mg of vitamin C — contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

How long does a course last?
We recommend a 3-month course, i.e. 3 bottles of biotin and 2 oils, with the oil used in parallel throughout.
The first weeks are for building the routine: the biotin works from within, the oil cares for the scalp and lengths. This is a recommended duration of use, not a promise of results.
Can I use only the oil or only the biotin?
Yes, each product can be used on its own. The comai. protocol was, however, designed as a whole: biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, from within; the oil is a COSMOS ORGANIC certified cosmetic applied to the scalp and lengths.
It's the consistency between these two steps that gives the Inside-Out system its logic.
Why is comai. biotin liquid?
A liquid form is already in solution: it doesn't have to disintegrate first, as a tablet or capsule does. The dose can be adjusted with the measuring cap. The format also suits people who find capsules hard to swallow.
Is it suitable for all hair types?
